Service

We know you are an individual. And everyone has a different need when dealing his or her sleep disorder. So we develop treatment plans specifically for each patient. We help you understand how PAP therapy actually works for you and how it treats your OSA. And when you call with a problem, you will be talking to the same therapist that has been involved with your care from the very beginning. Rest assured, knowing that you have true sleep medicine professionals managing your PAP therapy.

What to expect
Within 72 hours from receiving your equipment, you will receive a call from our DME Coordinator to ensure that your equipment is functioning properly and you aren’t experiencing any difficulties. Your DME Coordinator will keep up to date with you, checking in after the first three months and every six months after that. If in a year you gain or lose any weight, a new study should be conducted in order refit you with the proper supplies.

And if you have any problems, questions or concerns at any point along the way, your SomnoMedics DME Coordinator can be reached via email or by phone at 813-264-9050.
